The Harvard University Center for AIDS Research and the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard present a 4 day workshop focused on approaches to analyze sequence data obtained from high-throughput transcriptomic experiments. Topics to be covered include study design, differential expression analysis, single cell genomics and transcriptome assembly.

A registration fee of $350 is required.  Breakfast, lunch, and access to Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure are included.  A networking social event will be held for all participants who complete the workshop.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
This course will feature morning and afternoon sessions taught by expert faculty and technical assistants.  All participants will acquire skills in fundamental computational methods, study design, data interpretation, and overall literacy in bioinformatic analysis useful for the analysis of host transcriptional data. Participants are encouraged to bring their own datasets to work on.
