The HU CFAR provides consultations, equipment and space, materials, services, training and education, and community outreach through Core services in conjunction with many other resources.
- Education: HOPE Conferences, Research-In-Progress meetings, events, and a basic course in HIV.
- Funding: HU CFAR internal Requests for Proposals and other NIH Funding Announcements.
- Resources: access to the CFAR Network of Integrated Clinical Systems (CNICS), the Partners Infectious Disease Images website, Clinical Core sample repositories, IRB and IACUC support, NIH Public Access Policy Support.
- Mentoring: services are available to all Harvard-affiliated HIV investigators and include K workshops, K-award mock reviews, Developmental Core pre-review, scholar award mentors, and training and consultation available through most HU CFAR Cores.
