This free, hands-on module is available to all Harvard affiliates. The module is part of our series which covers a variety of bioinformatics topics & related skills.

  • Pre-requisite: Foundation in Shell or beginner Shell background
  • Prep:               Please be ready with your Mac or Windows computer. Windows users: Have Git Bash installed. Mac users: No prior installation needed.
