Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
BIDMC’s AIDS Malignancy Program is a core site for the AIDS Malignancy Consortium (AMC). This affiliation provides patients with access to a portfolio of clinical trials and other science-based studies available nationwide through the National Cancer Institute and the US National Institutes of Health. BIDMC also offers clinical trials as a member of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center.
Boston Children’s Hospital
Adolescent Master Protocol for Participants 18 Years of Age and Older (AMP Up) – Currently Enrolling
This is a prospective cohort study designed to define the impact of HIV infection and antiretroviral therapy (ART) on young adults with perinatal HIV infection (YAPHIV) as they transition into adulthood. A group of uninfected young adults from a similar sociodemographic background and age distribution will be enrolled for comparison.

The Division at Brigham is actively involved in a variety of clinical research activities related to novel therapeutics. In particular, they have on-going studies related to the treatment of resistant bacterial pathogens, fungai, and HIV. CENTER FOR VIROLOGY AND VACCINE RESEARCH
Center for Virology and Vaccine Research’s mission is to move one step closer to the development of a cure or preventive approach for certain infectious diseases, such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Zika Virus and COVID-19. The Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Unit (ID CRU) within the Division of Infectious Diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital supports investigators in the coordination and conduct of clinical trials within scientifically relevant areas of infectious diseases and provides training to infectious diseases fellows and faculty in clinical trials methodology, implementation, analysis, and interpretation. Ragon Institute
The Ragon Institute of Mass General, MIT, and Harvard brings together scientists and engineers from diverse fields to better understand the immune system and support human health.
The Clinical Platform at Ragon recruits subjects into their specimen collection studies and first-in-human trials. Specimens include blood, leukapheresis, mucosal swabs, sputum and saliva samples, urine, stool and microbiome collections, as well as several tissue biopsy types.
