3rd National Ending the HIV Epidemic Partnerships for Research Meeting: Accelerating Innovations for Equitable Reach and Uptake of HIV Services

SCHOLARSHIPS (For early-stage investigators and community and implementation partners involved in the EHE initiative):

  • Partial scholarship can be requested for either a roundtrip economy airfare OR hotel accommodations for up to two nights.
  • Full scholarship can be requested for roundtrip economy airfare AND hotel accommodations for up to two nights. These are highly competitive with a limited number of full scholarships available.
  • Applicants must download and review the complete scholarship information before applying. Applicants must submit an online application by Friday, January 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PT for consideration.
  • The application must include a CV/resume and a letter of recommendation from either a mentor from the applicant’s academic institution or the principal investigator of an NIH-funded EHE research project.

This meeting will convene the CFAR/ARC Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) supplement project teams funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and community and public health partners to share project findings and explore opportunities to advance high-impact HIV implementation research.  The 2024 meeting theme is: “Accelerating Innovations for Equitable Reach and Uptake of HIV Services.” Grounded in this theme, the meeting aims to:

  • Facilitate the dissemination of innovative implementation strategies and generalizable findings from the EHE supplement projects.
  • Promote best practices for research-community partnerships in HIV implementation research.
  • Offer opportunities for networking and exploring new collaborations to accelerate progress towards ending the HIV epidemic.

Registration is free and required for attendance. Scholarships are available to help cover the cost of airfare and/or hotel accommodations. Your registration includes meeting admission, breakfast, and lunch for both days and access to meeting resources.
