No prior programming experience required! This basic workshop can be taken as a prerequisite for HBC advanced workshops on NGS data analysis. The workshop is for Harvard researchers affiliated with Harvard Medical School labs on the Quad, Harvard University Center for AIDS Research (HU CFAR) and Dana Farber Harvard Cancer Center.
It will introduce participants to the basics of using R, a simple programming environment that enables the effective handling of data, while providing excellent graphical support.
